Misty Chalet can accommodate at least three families or large groups. There are four bedrooms consisting of two master bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen bed, and a bunkroom with four bunk beds. There are also three large sofa-sleepers including one in the third story loft with separate full bath.

The downstairs has one of the master bedrooms, a regular size bedroom, and the bunkroom. In addition to the downstairs bedrooms, there is another full kitchen with recreation room and pool table. This allows for two families to have a separate yet shared vacation together.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with dining room set, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, garbage disposal, pots and pans, utensils, and dishes, flatware and glasses for 16. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter for four.
